Mr. Ralph Lee Williams, Sr of Halifax, Virginia died Thursday, July 24th at the age of 76.

Mr. Williams was born in Halifax County, VA on April 20, 1947 to the late Robert Williams and Lillie Traynham Williams and was married to Deloris Estell Fountain Williams. He was a retired truck driver for the city of South Boston, A.E. Morris & Lanco Paving.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife: Delois Williams of the home; (5) children: Ralph Williams, Jr., Rosita Williams, Debbie Williams-Brown (AnTori), Gabriel Williams, and Alesia Williams (Mario); (1) son-in-law: Roy Jiggetts; (14) grandchildren; (22) great grandchildren; (1) sister: Adaline Davis; (1) brother: Henry Williams (Yvonne); (2) brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by (2) daughters: Lillie Williams and Joyce Williams; (3) sisters: Mary Traynham, Eugenia Hill and Martha Williams; and (1) brother: Marvin Williams.

Funeral services for Mr. Ralph Lee Williams, Sr. will be Friday, August 4th at 2 p.m. at Jeter Chapel Baptist Church with Pastor AnTori Brown, eulogist.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Thursday from noon to 6 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home.
