Mrs. Vivian Tucker Crews of South Boston, VA died on Tuesday, January 7th at the age of 68.

 

Mrs. Crews was born March 25, 1956 in South Boston, VA to the late Richard Holeman and Mary Tucker. She was married to Herman Crews.

 

Mrs. Crews is survived by her husband, Herman Crews of the home, (2) children: Keith Betts and Shavia Truesdale-El, both of Woodbridge, VA; (2) stepdaughters: Yahmina Penn of Farmington, CT and Brittany Walker of Chester, VA; (8) grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Veronica Betts; son-in-law: Shannon Penn; (1) brother, Jesse Tucker;  (2) sisters: Sylvia Birch and Darlena Chappelle; (5) brothers- in-law; (7) sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by (1) sister, Clarissa Tucker. 

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Vivian Tucker Crews will be Monday, January 13th at 1:00p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

 

Public viewing for family and friends will be Sunday from noon until 6:00 p.m.
