Mr. Robert Andre Wilson of New York and formerly of Halifax County, VA died April 10, 2024 at the age of 50.

Mr. Wilson was born March 1, 1974 in Washington, DC to Annie Mae Wilson and the late Robert Phillip Wilson. He was married to Joyce Van Hook-Wilson and was a United States Air Force Veteran.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife, Joyce Van Hook-Wilson of New York; mother, Annie Mae “Tina” Wilson of Nathalie, VA; (1) sister, Yvonne Wilson and nephew Lorenzo Kearns, both of Bowie, MD; mother-in-law: Carmen Van Hook; (2) brothers-in-law: Frederick Van Hook and Smokie Gillmore; (1) sister- in-law: Demeka Gillmore; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

 Funeral services for Mr. Robert Andre Wilson will be Saturday, April 20th at 11:00 a.m. at County Line Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Otis R. Dillard, eulogist.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Friday from noon to 6:00 p.m.at Jeffress Funeral Home.
