Mr. William Deyon Ballou of South Boston, VA died on Thursday, November 7th at the age of 45.

 

Mr. Ballou was born February 1, 1979 in Halifax County, VA to Nancy Penick Ballou and the late William Ballou. He was a member of New Arbor Baptist Church and formerly employed by Blue Ridge Beverage.

 

Mr. Ballou is survived by his mother, Nancy Ballou of South Boston, VA; (1) daughter, Ayanna Victoria Zane’ Ballou of South Boston, VA; his companion an American Bully, Skittles (Pooey);  (3) sisters: Viola Ballou-Williams (Vince) of Palm Beach County, FL, Jacqueline Felecia Ballou of Alexandria, VA; and Rhonda Gayle Ballou of Greensboro, NC; (7) aunts; his friend and companion, Mary Marquette Jackson of South Boston, VA;  a host of cousins and friends.

 

Funeral services for Mr. William Deyon Ballou will be Saturday, November 16th at 11:00 at New Arbor Baptist Church with Rev. Nelson Stamps, eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

 

Public viewing for family and friends will be Friday from noon until 6:00 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home.
