Mr. Herman Dwain Young of South Boston, Va died Friday, December 29th at the age of 67.

 

Mr. Young was born December 22, 1956 in Halifax County, VA to the late Annie Bell Young and Herman Dorsey Guthrie.

 

Mr. Young is survived by (4) brothers: Kenneth Young, Barry Guthrie, Micheal Young all of South Boston, VA and Charles Guthrie of Brooklyn, NY; (2) sisters: Evelyn Powell (Clarence) of Halifax, VA and Mary Conner of West Virginia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including Charles Foster and Wayne Coles.

 

Funeral services for Mr. Herman Dwain Young will be Friday, January 5th at 2 p.m.  at Jeffress Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Foundation Ministries of Faith Apostolic Church in South Boston, VA.

 

Public viewing for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service.
