Ms. Deborah Ann Duncan of South Boston, VA died on Monday, December 4th at the age of 59.

 

Ms. Duncan was born in Halifax County, VA on October 23, 1964 to the late Robert Joseph “Joe” Duncan and Roxie Ann Clark Scott.

 

Ms. Duncan is survived by (2) sons: William Duncan and Mark Duncan; (6) grandchildren; (4) brothers: Joe Benjamin Parker of Philadelphia, PA, Larry Walton of Roxboro, NC, Michael Chappell of South Boston, VA and Ulysses Scott of Baltimore, MD; (2) sisters: Carmetta Harris of Oxford, NC and Dina Scott of Baltimore, MD; a great aunt: Dorothy Clark of South Boston, VA and a host of nieces, nephews and special family and friends.

 

Funeral service for Ms. Deborah Ann Duncan will be Tuesday, December 12th at 11 a.m. at Greater Mayfield Apostolic Church with Bishop Harry J. Betts, eulogist.
