Mrs. Susan Inez Morse West Malone of Halifax, VA died on Friday, October 20th at the age of 79.

 

Mrs. Malone was born in East Orange, NJ on October 23, 1943 to the late Daniel Rufus Morse and Doris Vivian West Morse. She was married to the late Frank B. Malone, Sr.

 

Mrs. Malone is survived by (2) sons: Frank B. Malone, Jr. (Monica) of Ashland, VA and Michael Malone (Chelsey) of Halifax, VA; (2) daughters: Wendi Malone Ballou (Donnelle) of Martinsburg, WV and Wanda Malone Garner (Howard) of Falling Waters, WV; (13) grandchildren; (13) great grandchildren; (2) sisters: Doris “Toddy” Wilson (Maurice) of Grandada Hills, CA and Trixie Brown of New York ; (2) brothers:  Daniel Morse and James “Chip” Morse (Joanne), all of Altadena, CA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by (2) sisters: Lana Hamilton and Sandra Underdue and one great granddaughter: Laylah Rose Garner.

 

Public viewing for family and friends will be Wednesday from noon until 6:00 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home.

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Susan Inez Morse West Malone will be private.
